Make sure using H1/H2/H3 header tags whenever possible - Google likes them more than Bold tags

Text of the links should be specific. Do 'Sell your item' instead of 'click here'
Google puts the most weight on the first sentence of a paragraph. Make the first words of the sentence your keywords! Have the keywords be re-used in the paragraph in the same order

We need more text on our home page - Google isn't really digging that page much

Have JPG do a brief daily blog entry all about stuff we're doing, stuff we've sold, improvements, etc.
